June 16, 2019 on the place of Tekeevo village of Salavatsky district in the territory of Yangan-Tau Geopark was a solemn event devoted to the 265 anniversary of the national hero of the Bashkir people Salavat Yulaev.
About 300 people took part in the celebration.
Local historians of the region, employees of the Salavat Yulaev Museum, children from the village of Alkino spoke at the festival. The most gifted children from different schools of the district with their teachers took part in the festive concert. Both children and adults took part in a poetic flash mob with great pleasure. The culmination of the holiday was the performance of the ethno-rock group Argymak. The head of the group, Rinat Ramazanov, addressed the crowd with a parting speech about the need to take care of the historical place where Batyr Salavat was born; to preserve for posterity monuments erected in honor of the national hero. Children with great enthusiasm and interest listened to the performance of Ufa artists. Once again, all those present were convinced that the spirit of Salavat lives in the memory of every resident of the Salavat district and the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The event ended with collective photographing and folk games organized by the staff of the Salavat Yulaev Museum.
