The Geopark Yangan-Tau was visited by the Professor of Geology Roland Oberhaensli and Professor, geologist and paleontologist Hedi Oberhansli.
Guests of the Geopark got acquainted with the geoobjects of the Yangan-Tau Geopark with great interest and once again emphasized the high international importance of the Mechetlino geological section.
Roland and Hedi also visited Bashkir shihans-unique reef mountains, which are natural monuments. Scientists are deeply knowledgeable about the paleontological richness of shihans, Tratau, of Yuraktau and Kushtau.
