The 1st Culinary Festival Mamay-Fest Baursak was held in Yangan-Tau Geopark on March 7, 2020 in the Yurt Camp Shaytan-kudey, partner of the Yangan-Tau Geopark Ilfat Ismagilov. Masters of Bashkir cuisine competed in the art of cooking sweets baursak - fried pastry like French fries. It was very difficult for the jury to determine the winner, and only the audience's votes helped to choose it. All contestants received prizes. Guests of the holiday participated in a quiz and fun contests.
