Raid on nature protection on the Yuryuzan river

On Saturday, April 27, 2019, employees of the Yangan-Tau Geopark, together with police officers, conducted a nature protection raid on the Yuryuzan river in order to identify and suppress violations of hunting and fishing rules. During the raid, the group sailed through the water for more than 55 km seized more than 10 prohibited net fishing gear, detained one offender. Nature conservation activities in the territory of the Yangan-Tau Geopark will be continued.
