On July 22, 2022, the museum at the Yangan-Tau Geopark Visitor Center opened a temporary exhibition devoted to weapons items!
The bulk of the items are evidence of the battles of the Civil War of 1917-1922, which did not bypass these areas. On the territory of the region in the bloody confrontation between the "Reds" and "Whites" decided the fate of the country. In the fields of the former battles the locals often find shell casings, bayonet knives, artillery shells and even revolvers. In addition to the aforementioned, 19th century items and farm tools are on display in the showcases.
Most of the exhibits were kindly provided for the temporary exhibition by the head of the Local History museum of the village Lagerevo, one of the most active partners of the Geopark - Sitdikov Rinat Dayanovich.
